📋 Description

• Lead the development, refinement, and governance coordination of Investment Review Committee (IRC)
• Drive business cases through Cost Estimation Support Group (CESG) phases, coordinating requirements
• Collaborate with IT technical teams and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into
• Conduct quantitative analysis using operations research, economic methodologies, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 10 years of
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, with at least three years of U.S. residency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in investment analysis, economic or business case development, program and
