IT Manager

📋 Description

• Build and own Dorsia's IT roadmap, anticipating needs ahead of headcount growth, new offices, and
• Define the standards, policies, and documentation that shape how the team adopts and uses
• Plan and manage the IT budget, balancing cost efficiency with the quality of the employee
• Build a scalable support model with clear intake, response standards, and a self-serve knowledge
• Report on IT health, risks, and priorities to leadership.
• Design and maintain integrations that connect internal tools across People, Finance, Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years owning IT at a fast-growing startup or multi-office
• Daily use of AI and automation tools such as Claude, Zapier, or n8n, with comfort writing simple
• Strong networking fundamentals, with working knowledge of cloud environments and endpoint security
• Proven experience implementing security programs, access controls, and compliance work such as SOC
• Hands-on administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and Rippling, along with identity providers
