📋 Description

• Own endpoint security in practice, including device configuration, patching, controlling local
• Look after workplace and network security, including the office network and keeping guest and
• Run identity operations day to day, including provisioning, joiner, mover and leaver changes, and
• Manage software and licensing across the company, and bring order to tools that have crept in
• Manage 3rd party vendors such as internet suppliers
• Look after the office network, devices and everyday hardware

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing IT operations in a growing company
• Hands-on with device management and endpoint tooling
• Comfortable with identity and access operations, including provisioning and access reviews
• Experience managing software, licensing and the sprawl that builds up over time
• Experience managing corporate network infrastructure and equipment
• Experience running a helpdesk or support function and keeping users happy
