IT Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on IT support for NYC employees.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for productivity and security.
• Deliver white-glove IT support via Slack, tickets, and in-person.
• Administer core SaaS: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and MDM (Jamf/InTune).
• Support meeting rooms and hybrid A/V for events.
• Troubleshoot devices, apps, access, peripherals, and networking.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years IT support in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong identity/access mgmt with Okta, Google Workspace admin, and macOS.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta (SSO/MFA), Slack, and other SaaS tools.
• Hands-on scripting or automation (Python, Bash, Okta Workflows).
• Excellent communication and customer service for senior leaders.
• Proactive, employee-first mindset; comfortable in high-growth, ambiguous environment.
