Main contact for device inventory, deployment, security, and mgmt in Colombia (macOS/Windows).
Respond to ITSD tickets in Jira from start to finish.
Triage and reduce Jira backlog to keep IT Ops proactive.
Maintain security posture; share IT security updates with engineers and teams.
Obtain and provision hardware/software; on-call and after-hours.
Onboard new hires and handle IT-focused termination processes.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English.
Based in Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work remote/on-site when needed.
2-6 years of IT operations experience.
Experience with Claude or similar LLM tools; able to use AI to boost productivity.
Cloud productivity suites, macOS/Windows device management, ITSM/workflows, and endpoint security.
Experience with PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and CIS controls.
