Lead device inventory, deployment, security, and mgmt for Colombia staff (macOS/Windows)
Respond to ITSD tickets in Jira from inception to resolution.
Advance Jira backlog items; help IT Operations become more proactive.
Maintain security posture; communicate tech changes to the engineering team.
Obtain and provision hardware/software; on-call and after-hours work.
Onboard new hires and handle IT access terminations.
Contribute to IT audit work on access history and vendor audits.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English.
Based in Bogota, Colombia; able to work remote and in-office.
2-6 years of IT ops experience.
Strong communicator; team-oriented; proactive.
Experience with Claude or similar LLM tools; AI-assisted work.
Experience with cloud productivity, macOS/Windows management, ITSM, and endpoint security.
