IT Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Main contact for device inventory, deployment, and security for Colombia (macOS/Windows).
• Respond to ITSD tickets in Jira from inception to completion.
• Help reduce Jira backlog with initiative-based IT Operations work.
• Maintain awareness of the app stack and IT security; communicate with engineering.
• Obtain and provision hardware/software; on-call and after-hours work.
• Onboard new hires and handle IT-focused termination tasks.
• Contribute to IT audits on access history and quarterly vendor audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Based in Bogota, Colombia; able to work remote and in-office.
• 2-6 years of experience.
• Team-oriented; strong communication; willingness to learn.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools.
• Cloud productivity suite administration; macOS/Windows device mgmt.
• ITSM platforms with ticket automation and workflows.
• PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, CIS controls experience.
• Familiar with agile Jira workflows and change management.
