📋 Description

• Lead IT team, define responsibilities and ways of working
• Understand IT structure, projects, and business needs
• Help reorganize IT function and growth plan
• Oversee IT infra, network, cloud, security, and end-user support
• Manage IT projects from planning to delivery
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8+ years in IT ops, infra, systems, network, or related areas
• People management or leadership potential
• Experience guiding IT team members
• Broad IT infra, network, cloud, security, end-user support knowledge
• Question-driven, solution-oriented, hands-on when required
• English proficiency; ability to work from Istanbul office five days
