IT Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and scale internal IT support for a scalable employee tech experience
• Manage day-to-day IT support and ticket queue
• Build scalable processes, tooling, and automation
• Partner with Security, Systems, People Ops, and Engineering
• Balance hands-on work with team leadership in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in IT support/IT operations in cloud/high-growth
• 1–3 years leading IT support teams
• Experience with Okta, Jamf, Intune, Freshservice, Google Workspace, M365
• IAM, endpoint mgmt, MFA, device compliance, EDR security
• Build docs, playbooks, and repeatable ops processes
• Automation or scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell) or Terraform
