IT Procurement Officer

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and trading infrastructure components, including
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and coordinate with vendors and
• Assist in negotiating pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms with hardware vendors
• On occasion, contribute to RFPs for strategic commercial arrangements, supporting vendor evaluation
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor documentation in the
• Partner with the trading infrastructure, network engineering, and IT operations teams to understand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or IT asset management.
• Understanding of IT hardware, networking, trading infrastructure, and data center concepts and
• Experience purchasing networking or data center hardware, including switches, routers, servers
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced trading, financial-services, or technology firm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on orders
