IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Prioritize excellent customer service to employees; quick response and proper and accurate feedback
• Be on-site support for our London office by maintaining our network, A/V, and
• Work with vendors to order, manage, and ship hardware worldwide, and serve as the local point of
• Manage employee lifecycle through onboarding new employees with tools, systems, and hardware
• Receive requests through IT ticketing system, or via email or Slack for assistance on
• Provide on-call support (some holidays)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT Support, ideally at a remote or startup environment
• Experience with MacOS and Linux
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM)
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting with Neat Hardware
• Strong understanding of IT Security best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
