IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide IT support to key users
• Diagnose and quickly resolve incidents on laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
• Support Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 services
• Configure equipment, corporate profiles, and software
• Ensure technical readiness for online meetings, presentations, and video conferences
• Coordinate resolution of complex requests with related IT teams and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in user IT support
• Higher or incomplete higher technical education
• Practical experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Confident knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, fluent verbal and written communication
