IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Daily operation and maintenance of company laptops (macOS, Windows), mobile devices, IP phones and
• Maintain office IT systems: IP phones, video conferencing, wireless presentation, printers, CCTV
• Monitor infrastructure availability and performance through dashboards and alerts
• Perform daily monitoring and testing of Wi-Fi, wired networks, and VPN connections; troubleshoot
• Work with teams to identify AI and automation opportunities, deliver end-to-end solutions, drive
• Support regional offices with IT rollouts, new office setups, and on-site project delivery; travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; computer science, software engineering, networking or other related
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT support, IT engineering or a similar hands-on
• Experience with Windows, macOS, WiFi network, VPN network and smart office systems
• Basic knowledge of server and network administration: Windows Server or Linux, virtualisation
• Demonstrated software engineering ability: strong Python (or equivalent), PowerShell or Bash, Git
• Hands-on AI practitioner: daily use of AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT), building AI agents, AI
