IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day helpdesk operations, triaging and resolving employee requests through our ticketing
• Manage the full device lifecycle: ordering, enrolling in device management, deploying, maintaining
• Maintain an accurate hardware inventory as equipment is cycled, and coordinate shipping of devices
• Track and manage software licenses, ensuring employees have access to critical tools from day one
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and deprovisioning
• Keep conference rooms and office AV running smoothly, troubleshooting cameras, microphones, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS
• Working knowledge of MDM platforms (Iru, Intune, Jamf), identity and access tools (Okta, Entra ID
• Comfortable troubleshooting AV, including conference room systems, cameras, microphones, and TVs
• Understand networking fundamentals and familiar with common networking devices.
• Experience coordinating and shipping IT equipment to remote employees and offices.
• Communicate clearly and patiently with colleagues at every level, and know when and how to escalate
