📋 Description

• Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and tech issues.
• Own complex technical challenges; guide juniors; collaborate with IT teams.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including accounts and access control.
• Improve IT support processes to increase efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and processes.
• Onboard new hires by configuring devices and apps; assist with initial questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in IT or related field or relevant certifications.
• 3-5 years IT support experience.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and networking skills.
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace administration.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows environments.
• Familiar with scripting languages, no-code automation, and infrastructure as code.
