IT System Administrator

📋 Description

• Own assigned operational responsibilities, escalations, and project commitments through completion
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for clients by communicating clearly, understanding business
• Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure
• Manage identity and access services, including user administration, group and role management
• Support and improve endpoint management, patching, application deployment, system monitoring, and
• Maintain core infrastructure services, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificates, file

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the Indianapolis, IN area and willing to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite
• At least six years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or a comparable
• Experience supporting multiple technology environments, preferably within a managed-services
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work through complex or
