• Own and deploy the architecture, reliability, and roadmap for core IT platforms (identity and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or a similar role, with a track record of owning
• Deep expertise in at least one of: identity and access management (Okta, Entra ID), device
• Strong scripting and automation skills (for example Python, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Experience leading cross-functional projects to completion, including scoping, stakeholder
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking (switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, ISP circuits) and with
