📋 Description

• Develop practical workforce enablement resources, including job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs
• Translate technical, operational, and change-related information into clear, employee-friendly
• Partner with subject matter experts, project teams, Change Management, Internal Communications
• Support workforce readiness and adoption activities related to technology, workflow, process
• Publish, organize, and maintain enablement content across approved employee-facing channels
• Coordinate learning and enablement activities, including training logistics, participant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Workforce Development, Organizational Change
• Relevant experience supporting workforce enablement, employee adoption, change management
• Demonstrated experience creating employee-facing enablement materials such as job aids, guides
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-simplification skills, with the ability to turn
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, stakeholders
