ITAR Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Axon's ITAR program for defense article work.
• Manage ITAR license administration and product classifications.
• Enforce ITAR policy and procedures across departments.
• Coordinate ITAR licensing with Marketing, Sales, and Legal leadership.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and training on ITAR regs.
• Maintain ITAR documentation, classifications, licensing, and repositories.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ITAR experience (EAR a plus)
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with ITAR/Dept of State, EU Dual-Use, UK BAFA, etc.
• Global trade regulatory programs knowledge
• Multinational supply chain experience
• Cloud-based data management and project coordination
