ITAR Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage Axon's ITAR program end-to-end across orgs
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Legal, and InfoSec
• Lead ITAR license management and product classifications
• Guide regulatory requirements with Marketing, Sales, Legal
• Investigate suspected ITAR violations and report findings
• Maintain ITAR docs, classifications, and licensing/repositories

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ITAR experience (EAR experience a plus)
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiar with global trade regulatory programs
• ITAR/EAR licensing and compliance
• Knowledge of UK Section 5, BAFA, etc.
• Multinational supply chain experience
• Cloud-based data management and project coordination
