ITAR Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Axon's ITAR program and governance.
• Manage product classification and license admin.
• Enforce ITAR policy with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Eng, Marketing, Sales, Legal, InfoSec.
• Lead investigations of ITAR violations and reporting.
• Maintain ITAR records and regulatory communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ITAR experience (EAR a plus)
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with global trade regulatory programs
• ITAR/Dept of State and Dual-Use (EU) knowledge
• UK BAFA and Germany BAFA experience
• TAA and international tech assistance agreements
