ITAR Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Axon ITAR program, including classifications and licenses.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Legal, Marketing on ITAR.
• Lead gap analyses, audits, training, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with government bodies (BIS, DDTC) and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years ITAR experience (EAR a plus)
• Strong Written Communication Skills
• Familiarity with ITAR/Export control global regs
• Knowledge of ITAR/DoS, EU Dual-Use, UK BAFA
• Global arms regulation space (UK, Germany BAFA, etc.)
• Multinational supply chain experience with cloud-based data management
