🎯 Requirements

• Development experience in Java, and Spring Boot is a must. Familiarity with Go is beneficial
• Experience in microservices and event-driven architectures, and know how to design for reliability
• Experience with PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, Flyway, Redis, and Kafka, and understand how to choose
• Comfortable owning services in production, improving them through observability, metrics, alerting
• Run agentic workflows end to end: orchestrating agents, judging their output, and tuning the eval
• Curious about the customer's problem, not just the code. Move comfortably across the stack
