Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect (React, Telecom)

📋 Description

• Own solution architecture for customer portal and integration platform in the BSS/OSS domain.
• Lead technical discovery, evaluate options, and establish implementation strategy and architectural
• Design scalable systems including domain models, REST APIs, integration flows, microservices, and
• Contribute hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot with a 50/50 balance between
• Lead and mentor a team of three full-stack Java developers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial Java development experience and 2+ years as Tech Lead or Solution
• Telecommunications expertise, preferably with ISPs, BSS/OSS, broadband, order management, product
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for production-grade backend services.
• 3-4 years of practical experience with React/ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Experience designing microservices-based, integration-heavy systems with DDD and event-driven
• Experience designing REST APIs and OpenAPI contracts with reliable communication patterns.
