Job Coach

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals with IDD in community workplaces
• Help clients explore careers, secure employment, and build job skills
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations on the job
• Support clients with documentation to monitor progress
• Make a positive impact in the community

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required
