📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching for individuals with IDD
• Help explore career interests and obtain employment
• Support skill development for long-term work success
• Educate employers on benefits of inclusive hiring
• Advocate for accommodations and job inclusion
• Contribute to community impact

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience working with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required
