📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching for individuals with IDD in community work.
• Assist individuals in exploring career interests and securing employment.

• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations on the job.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
