• Develops transitional employment opportunities and coordinates related services
• Identifies employers for transitional and permanent-hire opportunities
• Coordinates screening and referral of candidates for transitional roles
• Builds employer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepares customers for interviews; aligns with company culture and needs
• Conducts work readiness sessions and supports resume and interview skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field plus 4 years direct customer service experience
• Experience in programs that place customers in employment
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven team environment
• Exceptional customer and employer service; motivational interviewing preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with publicly-funded programs; TANF experience preferred
