Jr. Licensing Associate

📋 Description

• Review designs to ensure they comply with licensing and brand guidelines, flagging anything that
• Decide whether a design or proof needs revision, and communicate that clearly to the sales team or
• Communicate with the Art team for design fixes
• Provide feedback to Campus Managers or the Sales team on what needs to change in a proof
• Upload proofs to licensing portals and track them through to approval
• Review licensor verdicts and address any issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience needed: we're looking for someone smart and quick to learn
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension: able to understand and apply detailed information accurately
• Highly organized, especially when managing multiple submissions and proofs
• Able to make sound decisions independently, with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working under tight timelines
