📋 Description

• Deliver quality financial information and drive continuous improvement across the Accounting team
• Contribute to Xero's month-end close process and support financial reporting requirements as a
• Work across multiple aspects of accounting—from balance sheet reconciliations to technical
• Develop expertise across the full accounting cycle and take ownership of driving process
• Support external disclosures, employee equity schemes, and strategic financial projects
• Implement AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline manual processes and improve financial

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification or working towards one
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Eye for process improvement and enthusiasm for finding efficiencies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to analyse financial results, spot trends, and communicate findings with clarity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to think beyond the immediate problem
