Junior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Build a good understanding of our Directory platform and how it is used by internal and external
• Support the Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner in understanding business and user needs and
• Work with developers, QA and Product Owners during delivery, helping to answer questions and
• Help understand existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for
• Prepare test scenarios and support user acceptance testing, gather feedback and help confirm that
• Support the product backlog by helping to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience of analysing problems, improving processes, supporting digital change or working
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to break down problems, identify gaps
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical
• Curious and willing to ask questions, learn from others and challenge existing ways of working
• Proactive, self-motivated and keen to develop a career in Business Analysis.
• A degree in Business Analysis, Computing, Software Development or a related subject is desirable.
