Junior Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively source, prospect, and map potential supply partners and publishers globally.
• Drive supply-side business development projects by identifying new traffic channels and strategic
• Understand publisher capabilities and build tailored collaboration models for our campaigns.
• Lead publisher onboarding into our inventory and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Work in close cross-functional collaboration with Media and Sales teams to align traffic delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Prior project or hands-on experience in sales / business development – Advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master new domains and independently acquire industry knowledge.
• Strong sales capabilities - exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
• Ability to meet and exceed individual sales and profit targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew. Other languages- advantage.
