Junior Customer Relations Executive

📋 Description

• Act as point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance
• Service the revenue and growth area as an ambassador for the product at customer-facing level
• Look after a portfolio of 300 clients trading online through EBO platform
• Understand client business activities and FX needs to ensure Ebury is their main platform for
• Resolve client issues as they arise, multitask and prioritize around daily deadlines
• Identify opportunities to grow new and existing key accounts, working with sales/commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Catalan, Spanish, and English fluency
• Knowledge of FX and working experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to excel in high-pressure, client-facing environment with monthly workload peaks
• Confidence in liaising and mediating between internal departments to find solutions
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
