Junior Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Help deliver the squad roadmap by building features across Ruby services and our Angular and
• Ensure accessibility, states, performance, tests and scripts using the shared design system.
• Take features from ideation through to production release and ongoing maintenance, iterating to
• Use authorised coding tools to speed up repetitive work, and check what they produce before it

🎯 Requirements

• Some hands-on Ruby (or similar), a love of scripting, and curiosity about how our platform and APIs
• Web fundamentals: Semantic HTML, accessibility, CSS (Flexbox, the Box Model) and modern JavaScript.
• Angular, React or Vue experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor, and able to say when you used them and why.
• Values diverse and inclusive teams, and cares about writing clean, secure code.
