Junior FX Customer Relations Executive

📋 Description

• Act as point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance
• Service a portfolio of 300 clients trading online through the EBO platform
• Understand clients' business activities and FX needs
• Ensure clients use Ebury as main platform for trading and international payments
• Resolve client issues as they arise
• Liaise and mediate between multiple internal departments to find solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Lithuanian fluency and English at a professional level
• Knowledge of FX and working experience
• Knowledge of Ebury's products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask/prioritise
• Experience with Microsoft suite (particularly Excel)
