Review and draft commercial agreements
Identify and mitigate risks in contracts (indemnities, warranties, IP provisions)
Provide practical legal advice to support business decisions
Research regulatory questions and compliance issues
Handle demand letters and legal disputes calmly
Protect brand assets including trademarks and enforce IP rights

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent qualification
1-2 years of in-house or comparable commercial legal experience
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
Ability to explain complex legal issues in plain English
Strong contract negotiation skills
Knowledge of regulatory environment for consumer health (FDA, FTC)
