Junior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple countries
• Validate inputs for new hires, terminations, absences, bonuses, and benefits
• Reconcile payroll outputs with HR data and flag discrepancies
• Collaborate with AI tools to automate checks and build reusable workflows
• Respond to employee payroll queries and assist with vendor communications
• Maintain payroll documentation, checklists, and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in any role in a corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and deadlines
• Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to learn AI-assisted workflows
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2 level); additional European languages a plus
• Growth mindset; eager to learn and build expertise
• Confident in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
