Junior Performance Marketer

📋 Description

• Assist in daily management of core paid acquisition channels or DSPs
• Support creation of scalable acquisition funnels
• Participate in testing loop with ad concepts, creative assets, and audience tests
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance using tools (Voluum, GA4, internal dashboards)
• Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) for weekly/monthly reviews
• Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Technical aptitude: ability to learn new software and dashboards
• Analytical and creative ability: data/Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Driven and accountable
