Junior Producer

📋 Description

• Manage integrated projects from initial brief through production, post-production, delivery and
• Create project plans, estimates, scopes of work, budgets and timelines, clearly communicating the
• Produce campaign assets across TV, digital, OOH, CRM, performance marketing and social channels.
• Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, crew and third-party suppliers to deliver work on
• Manage stakeholder feedback, approvals, asset licensing and final delivery requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Production and post-production experience at Producer level, gained within an advertising agency
• Strong knowledge of post-production, design-led assets and the planning and delivery of shoots.
• Understanding of TVC and digital production, media management, technical specifications and design
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several complex projects
