Test new and existing features across web and mobile platforms
Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs or usability gaps
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout development and release cycles
Monitor production feedback to catch experience issues early
Contribute to test plans, exploratory testing, and regression testing
Advocate for quality and customer experience in every stage of product development

🎯 Requirements

Degree in a STEM-related field (Information Systems, IT, Computer Science) OR equivalent QA, UAT
Strong attention to detail, you spot what others miss
A “customer-first” mindset and ability to think like a user
Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
