Junior QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Test new and existing features across web and mobile platforms
• Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs or usability gaps
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout development and release cycles
• Monitor production feedback to catch experience issues early
• Contribute to test plans, exploratory testing, and regression testing
• Advocate for quality and customer experience in every stage of product development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a STEM-related field (Information Systems, IT, Computer Science) OR equivalent QA, UAT
• Strong attention to detail, you spot what others miss
• A "customer-first" mindset and ability to think like a user
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with SQL (writing and running queries)
• Familiarity with testing tools or automation environments
