📋 Description

• Source fresh candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting
• Build targeted candidate pipelines using established searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing
• Learn ideal candidate profiles and identify high-potential candidates
• Manage and refresh job postings across recruiting platforms
• Prepare and submit offer approvals and ensure efficient candidate movement
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate records within Greenhouse
