📋 Description

Process casino and payment risk alerts in line with company standards
Identify suspicious players and potential fraud during the shift
Resolve casino and payment cases based on established procedures
Contribute to improving operational processes
Report casino and payment anomalies to management in a timely manner
Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts

🎯 Requirements

1+ year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related fields
Strong numerical and Excel skills
Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools will be a plus
Upper-Intermediate level of English
