Junior Service Desk Technician

📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering calls, emails, and system-generated
• Create and manage support tickets while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide timely notifications and updates using established procedures and SOPs.
• Support equipment shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
• Update mobility information and maintain organized storeroom operations.
• Assist with laptop resets, peripheral fulfillment, and package tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common IT tools.
• Ability to follow SOPs and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and asset tracking is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
