Junior Systems Analyst, WMS

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and diagnose WMS-related issues to determine if they stem from system configuration
• Provide hands-on technical support or escalate complex issues to internal or vendor teams
• Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to
• Assist in extracting WMS data and analyzing warehouse process flows to ensure alignment with
• Support senior analysts with WMS configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing
• Communicate WMS system enhancements and updates to stakeholders, bridging technical and operational

🎯 Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or system support as a
• Knowledge about Supply Chain, Warehouses, and/or retail
• Experience in preparation of process charts and analysis reflecting workflow, validation/audit
• Ability to translate technical terms to business terms
• Exposure to IT systems with basic knowledge of SDLC and exposure to Databases/APIs and Messaging
• Nice to have: Cognos SCI, Manhattan/Blue Yonder WMS experience
