📋 Description

• Being a first point of contact for colleagues who need help, and seeing problems through to a
• Assisting around the office with all tech related setup and issues
• Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Macs, and learning how we manage them centrally through
• Handling day-to-day account and access work across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — new
• Learning to automate: turning tasks you've done manually a few times into scripts, with support
• Keeping our documentation and asset records accurate, so the whole team can move faster

🎯 Requirements

• Are genuinely curious about how technology works and tend to pull things apart to find out — a home
• Can explain something technical to someone non-technical without making them feel stupid. This
• Are organised and follow through — a lot of this job is holding several small things at once and
• Have some exposure to scripting or code, or the appetite to learn it properly
• Use AI tools with a bit of curiosity and scepticism rather than treating the output as gospel
• Care about doing things properly, and are comfortable saying "I don't know yet, but I'll find out"
