📋 Description

• Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations
• Own end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with
• Be the voice of Paytm ads in the industry and present Paytm's advertising solutions to CXOs, media
• Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned
• Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected
• Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to build innovative advertising

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals
• Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range
• Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing
• Degree in relevant field - Utility Vehicles
