📋 Description

• Own and evolve Ello's growth strategy in Kenya.
• Lead content creation, organic social, and influencer relationships.
• Identify and test new channels to build awareness and trust with Kenyan families.
• Build strategic partnerships with telcos, device programs, and government.
• Manage our local agency and contractor relationships, and grow that bench.
• Collaborate with the Kenya and SF teams to ground growth in data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or strategy roles.
• Strongly analytical and data-driven: own metrics and trust data.
• Experience with digital marketing, esp. Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
• Fluency in social/content; experience managing creators/influencers.
• Entrepreneurial generalist with ownership mindset.
• Based in Nairobi, or willing to relocate.
