Key Account Leader

📋 Description

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team for stronger value.
• Track customer activity in internal systems to execute strategy.
• Cultivate relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts.
• Know the customer's business and workflows; build contact networks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing SaaS/Cloud sales
• 3+ years managing major Accounts
• Solution or consultative sales in complex processes
• Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM
• Travel 70%+ (3-4 days a week on the road)
• Able to clearly articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
