🎯 Requirements

• Based in Belo Horizonte — hybrid model, with in-person client visits.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, leading large and complex Enterprise client
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making, negotiations
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-level
• Ability to identify root causes and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple clients/projects concurrently with strong
